Camila Cabello is Cuban Mexican born. Cabello's father Alejandro Cabello is Mexican and her mother Sinuhe Estrabao is Cuban. Cabello is born under the Pisces zodiac. She started her musical career in the competition The X Factor 2012 The show was cancelled after she left the show. But she was invited back to the competition to team together with the other contestants in order for a group. Fifth Harmony is the moniker that they gave the group. Third place was their final performance in the contest. The band released its first E.P. Better Together, released after the 2013 competition. They followed that up with Juntos another E.P. that same year. Cabello was able to further pursue her hobbies while performing with the band. In 2018 she dropped her first solo album Camila. It immediately became a hit. One of the tracks on the album Havana was certified as diamond in the U.S. Havana featured American rapper Young Thug and according to International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (I.F.P.I.) the digital single was last year's best seller. Cabello became the first Hispanic to earn a diamond certification for a song.
