Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16. She earned her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from the stage following the award of her Pro card in order to finish college. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional health titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite having zero expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is the back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the sets for working. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
